Splat Hair Chalk Midnight Blue – 3.5 Grams

For Best Results:

• Apply Splat Hair Chalk to dry hair.
• Select a strip of hair and apply a very light mist of hair spray, let dry.
• Hold the compact lid in the palm of your hand. The chalk base should rest on your pointer finger.
• Use your thumb to press your hair into the chalk and slide down hair. Repeat to increase color intensity.
• Finish with hair spray to set chalk.
• Also included: 1 applicator sponge for part-line and braided hair.
